I went and took a look at a LX470 tonight and noticed a couple issues with the interior. Overall the truck looks great but this bothers me. It looks like parts of the interior has some kind of patch work done. The steering wheel(along with the wood on the steering wheel having a lot of minor cracks), the drivers seat and door pull. Also, notice the sloppy upholstery work done on the Center Console.
What does this tell you about this truck? Like I said the rest of it looks great. they do need to do a better job of cleaning it though.

Is this the one at the Audi dealer? I think the handle is just wear, and the center console is supposed to have wrinkles in the leather. It's supposed to give it that pillowy look.

It is wear for sure but it's been patched. a bad patch job at that. I have seen other 100's/LX's consoles and non e of them were like that.

Just lowball them and buy it

the cracks are from sun in the LX as they have real wood with a thick resin impregnated finish. It comes with 10 year old vehicle sitting in sun.

I cannot see any patch work in leather....over time it will stretch, wrinkle, etc....they all do it but as long as you keep them clean and conditioned it should not crack. They looked normal but well broken in to me in the pic above.

Obvious poor patch work on the door handle. Steering wheel wood typically cracks as ron stated along with drivers that wear heavy rings dent and mar the wood surface. The console lid has been rewrapped.
If you want a new vehicle in and out just step up to the plate and buy new, all USED vehicles will some sort of deficiency thats why thay are cheaper than new.
