National Museum of the Marine Corps north of Stafford on I-95
Take US 17 west from Falmouth towards Warrenton then head up Route 211 to Skyline Drive or your choice of numerous wineries
Wash.DC about 1.5 hr north (on a good day)

Check out the sweet 79FJ40 at the local Toyota dealer. Other than that I don't know. I think the FBI Academy is close by. Don't know if they have public tours or not.
