Hi,
I am a newbie. Upgrading from stock to OME BP51 with 2722 rear springs. Is there a checklist for suspension post-install check from a shop? I am just getting it done from a shop that might not have done a lot of LC200 installs.

Suspension installs are pretty straight forward. I would give them a heads up ahead of time about KDSS and how to disable it for the install. I would also make sure to include a 1/2” and 1” spacer for the right side rear to properly counteract KDSS lean.

Aside from that, I would grab some torque marking gel or at least a paint pen and retorque anything they touched (could just be upper and lower shock mounts if they’re not swapping UCAs). Also do a quick look at the ABS wires to make sure they’re all back on their brackets. Check the rear brake lines are dry and not cracked from over extension.

Go for a ride with them and send it. Make sure there are no clunks. Check that the braided reservoir lines aren’t contacting things they shouldn’t during wheel turn and suspension cycling.

Had a friend take a rig to a shop in Sacramento and the reservoir hose for his Dobinsons was routed in a… creative way and had some nasty rubbing before he found it.
