what to call it?

This is a stupid question, but I will pose it nevertheless. I'm at a loss for what to call my new (to me) vehicle. "Lexus" sounds too snobby and elitist; its not really a "truck", and its not a "car". "LX 470" sounds like a computer program. I've been using "The Lexus version of the Land Cruiser" but thats too long.

Any good suggestions?

Call it your rig.

When you're at home in Newport, call it your 'Lexus'... the folks at Fashion Island will give you the thumbs up due to the Toyota makeover.

When you stop in Huntington Beach (Surf City, USA... or more like Stripper City, USA), place a dollar on the windshield and call it your 'ho-rig'. <- Warning.. only do this upon leaving the wife at home!

When you drive through Laguna Beach call it your 'woody'... kinda goes with the territory. No sudden stops though..

Or call it 'LC-in-the-OC' and start a new trend...

Or just stick with 'LX470' and make like a hard drive when on the 55 Fwy... :D

I think 'Lexus Land Cruiser' is safe and not too pretentious. ;)

I like the Lexus Land Cruiser. Maybe I will go with that. Hope that does not offend the real LC guys.

no, no, not yet... this is just starting warm up.

How about 'The Levinson Lounge'?

I'm kinda partial to the 'Ho-Rig' or maybe the 'Low-Ho-Rig'.

If he's brave he can call it the 'Hung-Low Ho-Rig'.

I'll sign off now.. :D

Maybe I will just stick with "The Wagon." As I posted before, Lexus really has weird naming methodology. How about the Suxel?

You need to come up with an original, mean yet refined sounding name. your guess is as good as mine
