What to apply to bottom of body pan after sandblasting

Well that is my question. Looking to sandblast the body pan and will probably use bed liner on inside but wondering what is best to do exterior bottom side? Powder coat or what?
As far as bedliner inside.......do you just prime and apply it?

Lay on a couple of coats of Epoxy primer before you get surface rust then you can put on what ever you want, The epoxy primer is what sticks to bare metal and is the layer you need on both sides before the bedliner or whatever your gonna apply. Summit Racing has good deals on Epoxy primer.

I did 2 coats of epoxy primer followed by Raptor liner. Turned out great.
