I found this next to the driver's side foglight while underneath the car. Anyone know what it is for? Should I tape it up so that it's not exposed?

Too many cruisers, not enough time
Same connector is present on my 1999. I never figured out what it was. Hopefully one of the savants on this site will be able to identify it.
For headlight washer maybe?
This is what I was advised it was for.
Anybody remember the wires colors? Electric Wiring diagram book, 2001 edition, notes you should have a white wire with a blue stripe as the hot lead to the headlight cleaner motor from load side of the hc relay, and the second wire will be white with a black stripe which goes to chassis ground.
