What is this part?

Found it underneath the passenger seat.
Looked under the seat to install it but couldn't find where it belongs.

I found that same part under the seat while pulling the center console out. I'm not exactly sure where it goes either. Could be from the rear cup holder or possibly the Nav DVD player under the seat.

Oh well. I am keeping it till I figure it out

To me it looks like it goes over the end of the seat sliding track. Maybe the seats were taken out and then whoever put them back forgot to put on the part so rather than go back, just threw it under there.
