What is this oil filter cap/plug called?

This is the aluminum white cap at the button of the oil filter on my 2014 LX 570. What is this drain plug called? I need a part number for replacement. I also need to know what tool I need to buy/use to open this cap. I'm currently I'm using the 1/4 driver to unscrew this plug so I can replace the rubber washer in there when changing oil. However, I think there must be a better tool than the 1/4" driver.

It's called an oil filter drain plug. PN 15643-31050. The O-ring is 96723-35028 but that should be included with a new filter.

You just use a 3/8 drive ratchet without a socket to remove.
