What is this, and why the hell is it making that noise.

Alright so i noticed my new (to me) 100 making this strange noise in the stable after it was shutdown. It was 120f on the highway while I was driving around in Vegas today so maybe that would have something to do with it? Apologies for the poor camera work, I was trying to get the mic in close for the best pickup.

Hissing, bubbling noise? likely charcoal canister/evap system not.able to keep up with the hot temps. Happens occasionally inn mine after hot, long runs and big altitude changes.
