Went camping in the Apache Nati'l Forest. Here's a sunrise shot!

Started the injectors this morning

They where hell to figure out the trick to pulling these crusty bastards.

Definitely far too many kms overdue.

Got all six injectors out. Three crush washers at the bottom of the injector well's wouldn't budge.
After a few hours of struggling I admitted defeat, and called a tow truck to haul the rig over to a shop hoping those guys will have some mechanic wizardry that's above my level....

I was working Saturday in Moab for Jeep Safari but was able to make a little detour on the way down there on Friday. My 15 yr old son, Bjornn was with me so he did some driving and I took some pics since it was a beautiful afternoon.

I need some info. on that trailer lid!
Well....there are a few photos in my trailer build thread. Details are that I built it. I started on it about 5 months ago and then got busy and it sat until about 10 days ago. Then I needed it completed for a trip to Moab I was doing for Tepui Tents, so it was a made scramble to get it finished in time. It's definitely not perfect and it's a bit on the heavy side since it's steel but it gets the job done. I'll be using 2x 250lb gas struts to aid in the opening of the lid with the tent.

DROOL! Looks awesome, bet it drives awesome too!! :) How many HP total now?
Once this is threw the breakin process I would like to take it to a dyno to get the real numbers. If anyone knows where to take my truck here in the Denver area please lmk.

Try:

MAC Autosport, Ltd.
18436 Longs Way, Suite 103
Parker, CO 80134

The Boost Creep Ltd
245 3rd Avenue
Longmont CO 80501

Both have AWD dynos.

Finally installed L-track in the cargo area. Used the tie down hook anchor points. Turned out really nice, with the carpet over I can't even tell they are there and now I have flexible strap down point for the trips. Nothing heavy duty because lack of additional bolt down points but more than enough to keep the stuff I pack for camping(and fridge) from flying.

@Qball Do you not have the factory anchor points?

There are 4 factory anchor/hooks. They are rather difficult to use and never the right location. So with the track I can put anchor points just about anywhere, although the middle of track does flex due to lack of bolts securing he track but anywhere near the 4 bolts I used are quite strong. I am simply preventing things I pack to shift or jump wine I hit a big bump.

If I had more balls I would drill and tap the body every 6 inches for the pre drilled holes on the track so it's really secure.

BTW, since you have the same rack as I do I plan to install similar(beefier) tracks for the rack also. I'll post that up later this week.

Gotcha. I like those tracks. I used them a lot on the Tacoma racks I used to build.

There is a sensor on the side of the transfer case that tells the computer when the CDL is engaged. It is cheap and easy to change out. That will keep your dash lights from coming on. If the dash lights don't light up the lockers will not engage. There is s thread with the part number, I'll try to find it.

I'm assuming that this was meant for me. I already ordered the part and it arrived from Amazon Santa today. Probably won't get to it until tomorrow or this weekend.

Yea, sorry. I was getting caught up on this thread and didn't realize your post was several days ago. Glad you got it figured out.
