Dang!!!! What do you use to clean it with? I need a good safe product.

Good ol' super heated H2O through a spray wand...AKA steam baby! ;)

Made my own windshield bottle relocation bracket.Cant see it in the pic as it was hanging up for the primer to dry. Also installed my 91 FJ80 battery tray.

Picked this up.

Also picked up all the bits to make leads for the welder I was given. First on the list is to make a mount for this tank. Then on to many cruiser mods.

Disney with the family and the dog, pulled Pantie Hill with the DD. I am more and more impressed with the functionality of these rigs. Couple guys in $15K razors watched and were thoroughly impressed at the fact that it was a DD. The guys I went with all had a tough time and they have strictly off roaders. Sami's with 6 inch lifts and 6.5 to 1. Oh and I pulled a 3,000 pound trailer 75 miles both ways in 100 degree heat with the A/C running and had no problems at all....
THESE THINGS ARE BEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!

On a side note rock sliders will be in my future build as my steps took a little bit of a beating. LOL

I lost a dear friend...my "D" light went out on the dash 2 days ago. Is it better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all?????

So that's what clean interior looks like.

Amazing what a $25 carpet scrubber and some elbow grease will accomplish considering where it came from;

Got my head gasket job finished up , and drove the cruiser for the first time in 5 weeks... Runs sweeeeet!
Been without mine for almost 2 months... :bang:

Should get her back in a day or two:clap: I hope she runs as good as you say yours does.

We are going to the FJ Summit and I decided to take the FZJ80 also, so I had to finish up my bumper project that has been "in process" for way to long (nothing like a deadline to get you off your butt).
Well I finished stage 1 at lest which is the main bumper (swing outs and hitch to follow).

So to finish it up consisted of mostly all the finish welding which was a lot of fun on a hot weekend with temps in the shop in the 90's.
The bumper is all aluminum, I'm gonna add some doubler plates to the shackle points but other than that its done, at this point weighs 39lb. With swing outs and everything my goal is to keep it under 100lb.

Thanks!

plan was to only grind if the welds came out crapy. Also I'm just going to leave it raw and scotch brite it once a year. That way I can add to it whenever I want if a tab or bracket is needed. did the same on the roof rack so light mounts and tent brackets can be added whenever.
