Replaced the motor, regulator and window run on the front drivers side window and the door run on the passenger front. Goes up and down like new! Super easy to do and took less than an hour for both sides. Next is the supppppper slow rear windows. They’ll need some TLC.

OEM motors or aftermarket?
I got stuck with windows UP whilst in OKC got a set of aftermarket and they work, but work poorly. I would have gone OEM and still will but my source went dark on motor topic.

This weekend was AC clutch bearing replacement and Water to Air Intercooler install.

Spent all day Saturday designing and welding up my Heat exchanger mount, gonna try behind bumper and under the winch for location.
The mount is all Steel and the fan is sealed to the HE core with foam. The aluminum shield is there to help keep the fan and core clean when using the winch.. dont need mud or dirt in my fan!!

On vehicle
Going to mount a Screen in front of the louvers on this mount to catch the small stuff.. bugs.. small rocks... etc.
Looking at stainless so I wont have to keep painting it! but for now I figure the louvers will help direct air into the cooler when traveling at speed, and the 11 inch Spal fan pulls 844 CFM ... That ought to be enough!

WIAC Installed..... PITA!!! The intercooler was not up to spec and needed input and output flanges trimmed, I removed about 3/16 from each and it still was a bit to tight... but its in there..
I think I may shorten the Super charger output horn by 1/4 inch sometime in the future, that would make it fit perfect!

Punched out a key tag so I can dump the non working RS3000 remote (who knew the Toyota RS3000's don't work on a LX450?) and still quickly identify my keys in the bowl.

RS3000's work on LX450's, at least the 2 I have.

I went with an aftermarket. I’ll give it a while and see how it goes. My motor and reg on the factory unit was done for.

He may have a later remote. There are two part numbers. The early number works on everything and the later one works on 98 and up only. The case is black on the early one and grey on the late one.

Nice fab work Cruzilla but that is a terrible location for it.
It’s just hanging out there for mud, logs, rocks, roadkill etc..

Replaced the fuel filler pipe. A bit of a PITA but I can now fill up without leaving fuel behind.. no pics, vent line was Swiss cheese and frame bracket bolts broke off and had to be drilled and tapped, pipe got cut to do the install. My next 80 will not be one from the rust belt.

finally got my escape gear dash cover. looks like great quality. I ordered the charcoal and expected it to be...charcoal like in all the pictures and it looks almost like a dark brick like color.. Maybe it was the lighting.. 36 days from order to in my hands.

Where did you order from? I like the idea of protecting my mint dash with something other than the velour thing I have from SOR. Not the greatest looking.

what did you remove one from picture ?
i have same one but i m curious is there any difference in cooling that one and one with aluminum core

I didn't really notice any difference. 186 cruising at 50mph, 191 at stop lights
