Bet that shop press can turn out a mean crab cake! :D

Finished up building a 2nd version of a bumper I did for my buddy for my own 80. Got the Core section tacked together along with the wings last night. Should have it all welded up tonight for Christmas tree cutting adventures this weekend.

Heading into the blue with my son and the trusty 80 to meet up with a couple of coworkers for some easy snow wheeling fun. Hopefully we will make it to our destination at 5000 feet. Snow line is well below 4000 feet and up to 15 inch of snow forecasted for the first snow storm of the season. Good luck and good fun today @baldilocks!

Well that was fun! Met up with my coworkers who were in well built jeeps and headed into the hills. Saw a group of 8 80s drove by and then ran into @baldilocks in his white 80 visiting from Oregon.

My son had a blast in the fresh snow and we made a snow man.

Today I saw more 80s than I have ever seen in one day before, I must of saw at least 20 different 80s. Guess snow and rain bring the 80s out to play.

My son wanted to bring some snowballs home so he can show mommie. Try that with all your fancy low profile racks!

Snow bashing, breaking the road open bout 3 feet, got yelled out by cross country skiers, had to remind them its a county road and that there is a actual cross country area on up the highway.

4" caster correction plates install with new oem control arm bushings - HUGE success, alignment back to factory specs. Very happy with the improved drive feel - thanks to @landtank and @NLXTACY . New extended brake lines, old brake fluid replacement with high heat synthetic dot 3 brake fluid, painted weathered metal surface underneath the rig.

Builds - Bushdoctor' LX 450 - 80's Build Progress - "Berky"

Running into you accidentally at the Georgetown Chevron was a pleasant surprise. We attempted to make it to Wentworth Springs and after busting through 2 feet of snow for most of the distance to the springs we were held up by a downed tree in our path. It took a bit but we got the tree moved only to hit the wall where the snow pushed up over the front bumper and the 80 said “no more”. After getting unstuck we headed back down for a stormy drive to Placerville. Was an absolutely awesome day.
