A lot of banging and clunking at Rubithon... It was great to put faces on the names here on 'Mud...

Then I had a badly bent TRE and had to replace right after leaving Buck Island.

Painted the old grill an uninspring black, changed the fan clutch, and put this on the back. Meh..my son likes it so it will stay awhile.

12 ton jack stands are the way to go IMO. I don't even use my 6 tons anymore. 12 tons are the only way I can get full droop on the suspension without killing myself. I wish I had taller stands because working on the rear suspension can be scary as the frame is even higher off the ground out back.

With tires mounted, my 60" high-lift is barely tall enough to release tension on the coilovers so I can adjust them

I'm surprised your not hitting the garage door! I'm scraping the header on the way in and out on my tire carrier with 30psi in the tires...

I don't think I'd cross that bridge. My rig weighs close to 7000 lbs these days.

I'm right there with ya.... Thankfully we were in the DD 4Runner.

Got everything put together and back on the road! 80mph up Floyd Hill, I'd call that a win. Still some bugs to work out.

I have to let ALL the air out to fit in the new place. I lose about 2" in height due to the stucco contour. Will need to chisel that away.

Changed plugs and wires as well as replaced a 434,000 mile oil pressure sending unit. Needle goes up in a hurry now.

One would assume you have a scoop or louvered hood in the location for that air to air intercooler??? Also even with the turbo bag that turbine is going to make a ton of heat, and your just going to be reheating your freshly cooled air in this configuration.

What turbo is that, how much boots are you running. Did you ever consider a air to water intercooler with a cooler for the water Looks like a fun set up none the less until heat soak set in ;)

The move to Florida is happening. After months of talking the time has come... Bitterly disappointed that I wasn't able to drive across the country but time just wasnt on my side..Orlando here we come...

Acouple days late...But I did Rubithon on the wagon run. I already have a wish list for next year.
1. REGEAR diffs to 4.88s
2. Get the lower transfer case gears https://www.trail-gear.com/TG/Transfer_Case_Gears/p/_5055.aspx
2. Add more quarter panel protection/Hoop from rear slider to back bumper. (I make it through clean but damn was it close)
4. Bring epic flotation device for the springs.

The start.
