I had a blowout on a local highway and it tore off the back fender flares.
After submitting this to my insurance, it was a $3200 mishap.
So akarilo was
Nice enough to to help me mount his Old rear fender flares on mine.
The following pictures are pretty much in sequential order. I decided to rattle can bedline the flares and I am more than pleased with the results. $55 is much better than
$3200. Less the $500 deductible, I netted $2700. it helped
Pay for the new Goodyear MT/R

I did nothing with my 80 series this weekend, or the last few months of weekends.....but I've had a good excuse since I've been about 8,000 miles from my LC.
But I have seen a bunch of these pretty little Land Cruiser Prados all over Sri Lanka. Here's one that drove right past me as I was laying in the sun.....

Me wishing I had my 80 series to explore these remote beaches and jungle areas of eastern Sri Lanka.....

Hope everyone is doing well, enjoy your weekends!!!!

60 managed to get stuck in a ditch and I broke the front driveshaft, luckily @mudbludger had a spare one lying round in his shed

Just drove it to the snowmobile salvage yard and bought a repairable Rev 550 and XP Renegade 600 etec. Isn't everyone thinking snowmobing this weekend?

Finally got out in the bush in the new cruiser for the first time, felt good to stretch its legs. Also learned that I need to spend more money on it. Surprise surprise...
