What did the 16x8 Ivan Stewart TRD wheels come on?

They didn't come from the factory on ANYTHING.
They were intended for the 1998 - 2004 Tacomas & 4Runners. They were an aftermarket option sold by TRD USA (just like the Supercharger or Cat-Back exhaust).
I've seen Dealerships put together their own "Special Edition" Ivan Stewart Edition Tacomas that had these wheels, and an Ivan Stewart signature decal in place of the 'TRD OFf Road' decal. These wheels are pretty easy to find, usually. Check TTORA.

There was an Ivan Stewart edition Tundra as well on some dealer lots.
