What can you actualy adjust with a TechStream on a 2000 lc ?

What can you turn on and off with a techstream on a 2000 lc ?

Will it let you access the ABS so you can change the brake fluid ? any other cool functions ?

Maybe it's my version but I can control a lot less with the LX then I could with my LS430 or a friends GS400. I know this doesn't help much but I'm also pretty sure you can't do anything with the ABS.
