I can tell you it doesn't look like the Reese on my '00

Looks aftermarket but I can't tell what brand. Here is the one on mine, it was "factory" though Gulf States Toyota.

Did you figure this out? I had some spare time and I spent around 15 minutes searching hitch images for our 100 series. Never once saw one that even closely resembled yours...a clearer pic of what's left of the label might help...
