The OEM bottle jack in my 460 is leaking. I had to get a 2x4 to get my flat 32" tire off in a parking lot the other day. I think it's time for an upgrade. I'd love something with more lift since I have a small lift and slightly oversized tires.

Anyone replaced their factory jack with something with more lift? What Jack extensions or platforms do you guys carry on the trail?

I recently went through this process. In short, there aren't many compact options available that aren't excessively heavy/bulky or expensive. Here is what I found:

A few folks do make off-road hydraulic bottle jack kits, but there really is not a great place to store them inside a GX. They also have a more limited lift height (even the telescoping ones) and can leak. Probably the cadilliac option would be a ProEagle (or Badland version) off-road trolley jack, but they are $300+ and take up quite a bit of interior space. Others like the ARB inflatable jack, but it has it's own challenges as well. Lastly, it does seem possible to put a high-lift inside the GX (right behind the second row).

I ended up making a simple 3" platform for my OEM jack out of a couple of 2x10s, with provisions to bolt the jack to the platform via some threaded inserts. Cost me $15 for the inserts and bolts. I am probably also going to make a saddle for the top of the jack so I can lift my camper up with it by the axle. If I ever start doing more extreme off roading I'll get a high-lift and put it behind the 2nd row.
