With the rear axle pushed back, the tires rubbed a little on the wheel well. I trimmed it back 1 1/2" to clear and allow for larger tires if ever needed.

No need at the moment, if I do it will be on the race car..4-D'S
I'll be generous enough to take your old tires off your hand. Won't even charge you to take em away

Playing around with engines! Getting one 6.0 ready to go in my stretched project, 350 coming out and going in Lynchburg Lemonade, another 6.0 getting torn down to take to engine builder, thinking 408 stroker! The 5.3 will go live in my conex box till I find a home for it.

I dropped the LS in a few times today! 350 mounts made the engine two far forward. Cut the mounts off the frame and moved them back.

If you want a second set of hands at some point let me know and I'd be more than happy to help out. I'm no mechanic but I can still turn wrenches pretty damn good. I've always wanted to do an engine swap and build something from the ground up

Well I started to pull the 2F out to make room for the V8 swap... i hope to get back out here for a few hours Sunday!

I pulled the mighty 2F. It will live on in a 1972 FJ40. Now to prep the frame for the v8.

I finally got back on LL. Got the frame cleaned up and scab plates tacked in. Got tranny hooked up. Now to swap shift plates to the 60 series to move the shifter back so it will come out of the stock hole.

I also made a cart to move the 2F around on.

Something is better than nothing. I am still behind schedule on this swap, this is the first I have had time to touch in in weeks!
