What are You Running for Navigation?

I was running 2x Samsung Tab E tablets, one bloated and died and the other is slower than ever. I have been running Gaia on them. I need a new nav system and was wondering what everyone is running. Leaning towards staying with an Android tablet with Gaia...if I can find a fast & cheap tablet.

Gaia supports Android auto now. I run it using my phone on a double Sony head unit.

I've never run it on a tablet to compare, though.

Interesting. What does Android Auto do? Does it piggyback your phone for the core app and cellular data then feed it back to the head unit? I've got so much crap in front of my stereo, I can't even see it but it might be worth funneling the money towards a new head unit. I'd have to rework a lot though.
