What are they worth?

2013 stock steel wheels with 245x75x16 tires with less than 500 miles on them. What's a fair asking price for the full set?

I see that sort of thing often for sale for $600, which is what my dealer asks. To me, $450 is a reasonable street price (paid price, not advertise - I'd advertise for $550 and take $450).

I guess it depends on the area. I usually see them for $300-400 around here on the local classifieds.
