I'm going to replace my tires and am curious what I should do with these.
I've never bought used tires so I have no idea how age affects these things. Should I sell em? Toss em?

These are in NW Oregon (PDX). I have no idea yet what they are worth?

Discount tire and most other major tire service centers will not mount tires that are over 5 years old. You are at about 3.5-4 years so these tires are golden from that aspect. I would try to sell them for $300-$400 and take $250 if it was offered. Michelin's are a very good seller new or used

It seems 2 are july 2009, 2 are 10-20 weeks into 2010.

Yeah Marco I bet shipping would be a hundred bucks minimum... Tires seem to be a local thing unless newer!

Yes, $250-$300 sounds right. If you can ship them for 100-125 I'd do the deal at $250. I'm in need of this size and brand, I have a FJ80 LC AND a 100 series that each have 2 bad tires and "iffy" spares. Searched locally and have come up with nothing but dry-rotted tires or off-brand tires.
I wonder what greyhound freight shipping would charge or some other freight service? I could go pick them up at the station.

I found a local buyer on the local LC forum who I'll sell for $250.

Seems like a good deal!
