FREE West TX: 3B Cylinder Head

I have a used 3b head with valves and springs that was removed from a 85 BJ70. This head comes pre-cracked between the valves so you don't have to worry about cracking it yourself, precups are cracked also iir. I removed and replaced this head about 20 years ago due to blown headgasket and figured I would repair it someday but am tired of stubbin my toe on it. This is available for free pickup in Fort Davis, TX 79734. I guess if someone really needs pics I can take some but it looks just like any other used head.

Do you still have this head laying around? I have a BJ70 with A bad crack in the head and definitely need something to get it running again.

Just looked at it and it’s only about 9hr drive from my house in AZ. I could come pick it up when you’re there sometime at the end of January or early February. Would that work for you?

Sure, that will work out great. I'm in the middle of a move and was planning to toss the head so I'm glad it will go to a new home!

Yes sir, parts for the old 3Bs are drying up. I was gonna do the plug and weld fix on this but sold my last 3b powered cruiser many years ago.
