We haven't done one in awhile, I was just seeing if there might be an interest in doing one in a couple of weeks. How about the 27th, so we don't interfere with the regular club meet on the 20th? Anyone up for it... Scout, Rhino, Hj60??

I should have my 62 backup and running by then, I hope *crossing fingers*. She has been parked for almost 2 1/2 months, and the last wave of mandatory parts are due in today. So it will be a wrenching weekend. Who knows, I may just shock Bman and make the next meet if I get her running. It's been a long time since I've seen some of you guys. She should finally be trail ready too!:D

So if there be interest in getting together over a few cold ones then post up and we'll decide on a place.

Is this open to any CSC members on the West side? I ask because I'm a big fan of beer and coincidently live in the NW Valley.

The new Yard House near the Cards stadium has lots and lots of beers. A little crowded at times though. They're also fairly proud of their beers $$$. I'm open to learning new watering holes too.

It's completely open OffRoad Rage. CSC membership is not required. As a matter of fact I still need to get my dues in so I am a current member (Sorry LC Phil I need to get back to you still on the order and my dues). It's just an informal gathering of those who want to hang out, share some laughs, and tell some tall tales over a couple of cold ones. Open to friends, spouses, significant others, whoever wants to show. No agendas, schedules, just getting to hang out and become better friends.

I'm open to where ever, the Yard House would be closer to Scout if'n she is still out that way. Rhino and I are up off of Peoria between 35th & 59th Ave. What part of the N/W valley are you in OffRoad Rage?

Sounds like my kind of gathering. I'm up near 87th and Beardsley but location doesn't matter. Don't let the name fool you, I'm easy going. Count me in.

Well we could always push it back to May 4th if that works, 'cause it's just not a west-side beering without you! :D

Why don't you let us know when you can what will work best for you. I am really flexible with my work load, at this point, for the next couple of weeks.

So did the house up North finally sell? Are you guys still in the same place down here?

If you don't mind - that would be awesome. We're heading up North Friday night, cuz we have a friend visiting up there that night (plus we wanna see Freedom play at the Brewery :D ).

Our house up North still has not sold. But we found a house down here that we're going to buy, and can rent until ours sells. We'll be up near 51st & Cactus.

That's cool. So your moving into the neighborhood.

The 4th works for me too. What about the rest of you?

Is this coming together for Friday? Time, Locale?

I'm in still. I do have the possibility that work might interfere, but I won't know until Thursday. If it does, I would just be a little late.

well we know its friday, and we know its prolly 7 pm'ish but like offroadrage said, where??

I'm open for suggestions. Let's toss a list together and go from there.

Old Chicago - 57th ave & Bell
Shabangs - 59th ave & Peoria
Rock Bottom - Arrowhead

There's a few to start.

Preferably, I would like a place with a smoking patio, but I can survive if there isn't one.

I've not been to Shabangs but A & C are always solid choices.

I'm down for whatever. But here's my .$02 on the suggestions so far:

Old Chicago: their food is teh suck. Lots n lots of beers though.
Shabangs: good atmosphere, decent fried things, limited beers
Rock Bottom: good food, probably crowded, limited -- but very tasty -- beers.

I almost ALWAYS have to work late on Fridays. So I may be late as well. Nonetheless I am SO there.

Truckwerks is tinkering on my beloved, so I'll probably be driving the spare ride there (the jag).

Saw your rig at TW yesterday. Good to see you're getting some of the issues worked out.

Yeah they are fixing the brakes issue that the asshats at Community Tire effed up, as well as some general maintenance stuff (knuckle rebuild & valve adjust).

And I must say, I am VERY pleased with TW so far. Their customer service is stellar.:D
