We all know about Jeeps.... now lets just keep it to ourselves...

Practice these lines:

"Hey, nice Jeep!" (You don't have to mean it)

"Wow, is that a Dana 44?" (Try to stay positive about their vehicle, and not to talk about how much better Toyota's are...)

This is soo true!

In my limited experience with heepers, the buzz word is "birfield". It's like; dude you have a dana 44, those u-joints are awesome, I hear the birfs break, never buy a rig with birfs! Gets them every time.:hillbilly::lol:

great story...and there is proof to the claims.

I will now forever remember NOT to hit the brakes too hard on steep sand descents, no matter what I happen to drive.

FINAL SCORE
Toyota: 2
Jheap: -4

Hey Mike, did you get up to North Meadow? I heard a rumor they graded it out for x-country skiers? If not you want to meat down there sometime with Mr.Wolff.

Hi Nick! I really miss wheeling with you. I'm not real sure where North Meadow is, we wheeled Spring Creek Trail and a few power line trails. We didn't get very far up Spring Creek with all the breakage and the rest of the guys wanted to turn around when it got snowy. Not like the good old days huh? Well maybe it is. Remember having to park and pack the coolers down the hill to have lunch while waiting for those clowns to finish winching? :)

We were thinking of a second trip to Pipestone maybe in July or even August. Mainly a Toyota only run. We should make it the 1st anual Pipestone Toyota Rondevouz... I'm hoping to have my 4Runner project done by then.

Hey you should come out for Fall Crawl in Fort Benton this year...

PM me your contact information.

Hey guys I'd love to come if you did a Toyota Rendezvous in August! The rig is being built right now but should be done late August!

Rendezvous...So that's how it's spelled! I think we should do it. We'll plan for late mid to late august. I'll try to make a real plan and an invite next month. If I am done with my 4Runner it will be it's 1st real wheeling trip. If not I'll just wheel the old '80.

1st Annual Montana Toyota Rendezvous!! August 2010

Sounds good to me! MTTR 2010(montana toyota rendezvous). Mike, PM sent.

6 Weeks ago, I bought a 1973 Landcruiser and a 1947 Jeep at the same time at an auction. I am totaly unexperienced with either of the beasts. The Jeep still needs brake work, so I haven't driven it much. The Toyota has issues that need to be addressed but is driveable. I have been having a BLAST with it. Thanks for all the valuable info you all provide!
