Found this while looking for my tire groover, which seems to have vanished into oblivion.




My dad had bought this back when Sears sold them in stores. Late 70's I think? I couldn't find any info on these sets at all. He used them when he was going to school for mechanical engineering, then they stayed in storage for years until he found them again and gave them to me a few years ago, thinking they could come in handy for me when I draw up diagrams for fabrication projects. I've only used them a couple of times, and he (like me, thanks to what he taught me as I grew up) took meticulous care of them, so they're in damn near perfect condition. Only thing is it looks like there's a pencil missing. No big deal, but it'd be nice to find a replacement so the set is complete.
