Man, I missed out last week! Friday evening I drove past a furniture place in town that had an 89 isuzu NPR truck for sale. They wanted $2k for it. They were closed on Saturday and I left Sunday for Boise. Called today and they sold it yesterday for 1500. 175k miles on a 4bd1-t turbo diesel. That would have been a great starting point for a diesel conversion!

Sorry, I'm just bummed and had to vent....

I have a potential line on a greymarket import of a diesel 80. You know, for a "swap" or perhaps a "kit car".

Now if I can only find the $$$ to do it.....
