Welp, following rules. Don't hate me for not having a cruiser! I just joined MUD last nights, and Jason from tn posted up telling me to check you guys out, so now I'm here. I have a 99 4runner Limited that's my DD/weekend wheeler. Born and raised in Knoxville TN too
Hey I really appreciate the invite. I'm covered up at work and home right now but maybe in a month or 2 I can come to a meeting. I would really like to meet you guys and maybe go on a trail ride in the very near future. I'm assuming most of the places you go have easier trails I could run my 100 on?Welcome 10ga !!!! Come on out to the meeting this coming Tuesday if you can.
Welcome to the madness. There are a few of us who live in Halls. Saw where you are a UPS driver. I've got 17 yrs in myself. Yell if you need some help getting it back home. RanceHello everyone! Just thought I would jump in to the local scene. I live in Halls, but the FJ40 is in Kingston. I bought her back in high school and kept it dirty most of the time. Parked it when I went to college and haven't cranked it in over 25 years but plan on getting it back on the trails this summer. Sorry I missed the meeting last week, but the thermocouple on the water heater decided to check out. Hot water being a must with kids this took priority. Hope to make the next getogether.

Hey guys my wife and I are fairly new to the Off-road scene, I was directed to your site after someone mentioned TLCA on facebook and then I found my way here. We have had several Tacomas and 4runners, but never really did anything with them, we were always more into mountain biking and camping. Then we saw Expedition Overland videos, we immediately new that we wanted to do that. We are currently in the build process with our new rig. I know it sounds rediculous, but we bought a 2014 4runner Limited and have started Modding it. So far we have deleted the the XREAS system and OEM shocks and springs. We installed Bilstien 5100's all the way around and added ToyTech Adjustable Coil-overs up front and ToyTech Superflex HD springs to the rear, this gives us about a 3 inch lift/level. We then got rid of the 20" rims and street tires and added the 17" TRD Pro Black Wheels and BFG KO2's 275/70r17s. Finally I just installed a Uniden PRO 520xl CB radio. I have a Gobi Stealth rack that is scheduled for delivery on Thursday and it should be on by this weekend. We are planning on adding front and rear steel bumpers in the near future as well as some armor underneath. We are excited to get out and meet others who have a passion for awesome Toyota Off-road vehicles and have some fun.
