Weird Weather in VB

Saw this on Satuday 7/23 at 7pm near from Redmill.

There was a big cloud that looked like a volcano. Strange enough. But then it started spewing colorful rings out the top. It was pretty surreal. Thought a UFO may be in there.

Anyone else see this?
