Weird request, but trying to find out if its normal for the accelerator to be at a lower push level than the brake and clutch. Most of my other standards have the gas pedal about the same height as the brake to let me "foot roll" on hills, give it some gas while still holding the brake. The accelerator is at least 3-4 inches below the brake on my setup. Just wondering if this is normal and i just need to buck up, or if there is an adjustment i can make

Im ashamed that i stalled her today on a hill....

I just happen to have a 75 Series but I won't be home until Monday night. Let me know if I can still help next week.

No rush, ill post up some pics in a moment, maybe ill get a yea mines like that or hell no what happened?! rather than a pic

yep the accelerator pedal is lower than the brake and clutch 3"-4" is about right

Well now ill be the newb and ask if anyone has any tips on an alternative to the foot roll on a hill. I hang my head in shame that at my age i have to ask that.

I did a rear disc brake conversion with the park brake on the rear discs about 10 years ago and now have a really strong park brake so haven't had to do a foot roll hill start for a long time but it does bring back memories of how hard it was to do on a steep slope with little or no room to roll back :hillbilly:

Hey that sounds fun, do you have a thread on the conversion?
