Weird Noise, Help?

Just recently, I noticed when coming to a complete stop I strange sound comes from what seems to be the cup holder area in the center console. Excuse my lack for better terminology, but it sounds like a little burp. This is not a joke it happens every time I stop and it is very annoying.

Could it possibly be that the "fridge" is turned on? Mine sometimes makes the odd groan, though any noises are normally drowned out by the dog snoring.

Hand brake issue maybe?

The fridge is off but that is something I'd leave on. I'll look into the hand brake. Amazing enough the Toyota dealership has no idea, ha!
