we went ontip top trip in our sand rails in the 90's. sitting on the old town site eating our lunch. we were aproched by two old timers .they wanted to know what we were doing. after some conversation they were convinced we were not claim jumpers. the older of the two had grown up in tip top untill the town closed he told us all about living an going to school there it was really cool.
