Did a 14hr smoke on 4 Boston Butts last night for a family gathering at lunch today. Prolly some of my best work so far.
I'm down in Ocean Springs, MS for a boat race. Me and sister woo spent about 9 hours on the boat yesterday racing out to Ship Island and then racing back. We got back to finish line at the yacht club right at 8PM. It was a long day. Currently we are in 2nd of about 13 boats in our class.
Steaks last night, helping Whitshitt move this afternoon, cigars and bourbon tonight. Probably some sort of pork sitting in a smoke bath tomorrow.
