My brother in law and I are taking my Landcruisers out this Wed. The trail is just east of Corona De Tucson between Houghton and Highway 83. Nothing to tough, any stocker can make it. A lot of steep hills and great views, some more difficult stuff for the easily bored but it won't be the focus. It's a great place to go if you want something other than Redington and Oracle. There's also an abandoned mine/quarry we'll stop by(it's the local swim hole for the kids in the area). The mine is kinda creepy and great for pics.
Anyway this is also kinda a fare well run. I'll begin parting out my 62 very soon to pay for my new 80's suspension, gears and so on. So leave work early, come out and say good bye to a bad ass cruiser.
We're gonna meet at 4:45 at the roadrunner gas station to air down. We'll head out shortly after 5. Hope to see you there.
