I've been on the phone with webasto usa, and it seems like they do not have the telesmart remote controler anymore, but there are many for sale on the internet, but not even webasto usa was able to confirn that the remote will work if i buy a unit. I beleive they discontinued the telesmart for radio frequency safety issue here in NA.
Worse case i'll get a RF remote transmitter and receiver (many for sale on the net for cheap) and hopefully it will be enough to triger start the webasto.

I don't. That feature is part of the unit itself (the unit has a small built-in computer/controller).

I'm about 99% finished now, I just need to add a check valve to get everything working properly.
If anyone is on the fence about installing one of these, go for it. My upper rad hose took about 10 minutes to warm up and your truck will sound like a small jet engine in the morning.
