hello fellow trailer owners

Im posting a question on the water tank, I was wondering the best way to mount it. It fits on the inside of the trailer with a few inches to spare. When filled with water it bowed a little bit out. Needing some ideas on brackets or mounting.
Also what size pump would you recommend for the water tank.
Just using water for cleaning and portable shower

Thanks for all the help

I think I used a 1.3 gallon PM pump, which is plenty in my estimation.

If your going to stand it on it's side, I'd consider some addtional support or a bulkhead to help prevent movement and bowing

water tank

thanks for the information, it will sit on is side , I dont want to drill any holes to mount a pump yet , just going to use it inside the trailer

thank you

My local farm supply that sells water tanks has several different styles of straps that are designed to go around the tank and then bolt to the floor or wall. You may want to check there if you have one around.

Commercial RV builders use something very similar to the plastic strapping material you find around shipping crates. The nylon strapping material you buy by the yard at fabric stores should work.
