Someone else started a thread about external graphics and stickers, but my recent concern is about the interior ones.
Specifically the ones on the flip down visors.
You know, the ones that warn the passenger of the presence of an airbag, remind you to buckle-up, and mention to the driver that you're driving a big damn truck with big damn tires which raises your COG (duh) and 'abrupt' maneuvers should be avoided - as if we didn't know these things.
Here in So. Cal., it regularly gets warm enough inside the vehicle to semi-melt the things and so the next time you pull the visor down, you get a lovely tearing sound as the bond is broken between the primary and secondary visors.
I'm wondering if anyone has found a reliable way to remove said appliques without damaging the vinyl/plastic underneath.
I was also thinking about removing the anti-theft warnings in the windows until A- I realized it could affect my insurance, and B- I saw the HUGE BLACK AND WHITE ones on a Chevy or some other American make vehicle, and I was suddenly very thankful for the small, comparatively unobtrusive, clear backed window stickers we have.
