This Warn M8000 came to me some time ago and I was just recently able to get around to doing it up!
I'd give it a 9.5 cosmetically and a 10 mechanically.
NEW Warn 4.6hp motor (12v)
NEW Contactor upgrade from Albright (rarer Euro made version, not Chinese!) Adapted to fit under the older original style box cover.
NEW control cover
NEW high-end synthetic grease throughout.
NEW drum bushings
NEW motor bearing support.
NEW drum support on motor side.
NEW 3/8" Dyneema (Warn brand) with heat sleeve, heavy thimble and abrasion guard.
NEW power cables (USA made- 6ft. 2g copper.. not cheap stuff)
NEW stainless hardware, where appropriate.
$750 plus whatever shipping would cost. ((This would cost about $1100 new.))
Sorry for the crappy pics. Was rushing out of the shop today, stuff everywhere, getting ready to travel across the US via I-40 so could deliver anywhere along the highway from Ca. to Va.!
