I'm not sure if the second number is correct but it is the version from a dodge power wagon (dodge P/N 82209452). It actually has the same specs as the Warn M15000 but they call it a 12000, don't know why.
I have a chance to get a brand new one in a box for $850.
The difference is the dodge one has 90 ft. of 7/16 cable and the M12000 has 125 ft of 3/8 cable. The dodge also has a lower gear ratio with about half the line speed at 6000 lb. pull.
I'll be mounting it on a land cruiser 100.
What do you think? Should I hold out for an M12000? Amazon has them for under $1300 with free delivery.
Thanks,
cp

talk to Warn tech support.
If it's really a Warn 15000, then it's a no brainer to me given the difference in cost. I would get it even though you may not need a 15K for a 100 for the vast majority of stucks outside of the Darien Gap....
Speed not an issue for me. Shorter rope: no biggie. Extensions are good.

Great advice.
Thanks e9999
