I have a Warn M10000 winch that I bought new in '97. Ran it in my FJ62 until '07, then took it off and stored it. Last year I took it apart, cleaned and re-lubed, replaced some of the hardware, and painted the drum in preparation for running synthethic rope. I also cleaned all the solenoids and contacts inside the controller box, and replaced the plastic cover with a new one from Warn.
Unfortunately, the M10K/M12K/M15K winches need to be mounted with the feet towards the front of the bumper, and my custom bumper doesn't make that allowance. So, I need to sell the winch or trade it for something else.
Selling the winch w/remote, controller box and all wires, no cable or rope. Asking $650 + shipping but also willing to horse trade for a Warn M8000 plus cash. Located in Round Rock (Austin metro area), TX.
