Warn 8274 winch for sale

Picked this winch up this past weekend off a buddy of mine for $500. It includes the controller and 125' of new cable. He told me that it was recently rebuilt. Last night I went with a buddy to pick up some parts for his Heep and the guy had a brand new Superwinch 9,000lb winch unopened at an unbelieveable price. So I have decided to go that route. Just looking to get what I paid for this one. I'll even throw in a Jeep mounting plate that you will probably have to modify. Located in Pawtucket RI.

Edit: Another reason for me going this route is that I would have to do the PS conversion first because the center arm would be in the way due to the RHD steering and the winch motor and gear box being on that side.
