I have a Warn 8274-50 for sale. While “old” it is practically new. The inside has no wear. The gears look new. The brake shows no wear. It does have a new 6hp motor because the rotor of the original motor was lost in shipping (the winch was disassembled when shipped to me). I can include the original motor stator/housing if wanted. There is not currently a cable on the drum. The new Warn 5/16 cable, roller fairlead and hook are included as well as the winch control.
$1750 for everything. If you do not want to run a steel cable, I can keep the cable, roller fairlead, and hook back, and the price is $1600.
I will ship on your dime from 37204. Looks to weigh all in about 121lb plus maybe 10lb for a strong crate. A quick search looks to be about $150 from Nashville to Sacramento, and $115 to Charlotte, NC (for distance reference)
