Wanted Wanted: machinest to build pully for alternator

i broke a alternator pully for my hdj81 and i need another one..

i have been to every alternator shop in town and im not having anyluck finding a replacement. so maybe some one can build me one or recomend me to a machine shop.

i have and its not cheap and it will take over 2 weeks to get here

I'm pretty sure I have you covered. PM me some pics of the length and diameter preferrably using a caliper.

You can buy these on ebay. They are not specific to the HZ/HD engine. Same as a 1FZ engine - Volvo and audi even have alternators that use it.

Veiloctane- I think the guys are right. I am a machinist and if worst comes to worse let me know. There is probably several hours of machining to build a replica from scratch. Let me know if you strike out.

Did you ever get the measurements? I have an entire wall of alternator pulleys to choose from. I also have one billet pulley lying around that might work.
