Wanted in Arizona: FJ 40, 45, 60/62

Looking for a street legal...as in passed emissions or very close to passing. If not passing, an attractive price to which I can make it passing within my budget. FJ 40, 45, 60/62.

As title says, I'm in AZ. Tucson to be more precise.

My planned budget cannot exceed $5K.

I know its probably a pipe dream but I'm going to try anyway!
