If anyone has this set up fir a 1966 FJ40, please let me know the cost. I'm missing the entire assembly and would like to keep it original or at least close. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you guys.

Typo: I am working on a 1966 not a 1967 in case it makes a difference. Thanks.
