Hey guys I just bought a 94 LC and outside of a very spongy brake pedal and a little slop in the steering it drives and runs well. I would like to pay a fellow fzj80 owner who is familiar with working on their rig for their time to check it out with me and point out anything that needs attention. I live close to Bandera and 1604, we can do it at my place or I can drive to you. Just pm me your phone # and I'll call you so we can work something out.

Thanks,
James

PS: Once I have it baselined I have plans for a 2" lift, sliders, skid plate, and bigger tires to start doing some trails. If anyone is thinking of upgrading from their current 2" lift I'll buy your used one assuming it doesn't have a ton of miles on it. Get that 4" or 6" you've been drooling over:D

Hmmm. Id sell you my OME 2.5" Medium. Has about 25k miles on it and still feels new. Ive been running around in an empty truck the whole time.

Come to the March meeting and we can look at your truck and help ya out.

jamisobe thanks for the tips and yes I will be able to make it out. I actually found a couple small trails right outside 1604 on Braun yesterday, though I didn't do the whole thing because of a long mud pit of unknown depth on one and a narrow narrow pass on the other.

shfd739 sounds good, I will see you at the meet. Are you going to keep the stabilizer bar or sell that with the kit?

It will be the shocks, springs, steering stabilizer and caster bushings once they get swapped.

Im on the fence about trying the TJM lift but if I decide to do it my OME stuff is yours for a fair price.

Sounds good. I got my 35's on there and did some light wheeling, no issues yet other than some rubbing when turning with the suspension loaded.

Thanks for the link, I already baselined some new speakers in it to replace the factory ones with absolutely no foam surrounds anymore :D
