Just thought I'd share how VW compares to Toyota when it comes to customer service.

I received a package on Friday that said it was a "service upgrade". I would guess that some brilliant individual blamed VW when they put gasoline into their diesel for fuel.

The instructions are clear, not rocket science to put the sticker on the inside of the fuel door, ring around the fuel receptacle and inside the fuel door compartment. Yet, we found another use for the stickers.

Just in case any other dogs get around Rubi, Diesel thought it appropriate to put the stickers doing him the most good...

Diesel just wanted to say thanks for watching my back VW, nice customer service...:grinpimp:

Those stickers are AWESOME!!! How much $ do you want for them? :grinpimp:

Jerry it's an active recall - first time I ever got my recall work via snail mail and have to do it myself. VW is positioning themselves to deny responsibility for the HPFP failures post-warranty, hopefully the complaints on NHTSA will continue accruing until they do a recall on the HPFP's (assuming VW and Bosch have found the problem, which is not a given).

Keefer can attest, I literarily LOL when I read this.
