With Gary leaving and me taking over at president, we need to select a new VP. As our bylaws are written this person is actually the president-elect, meaning they will take over as president after me.
The actual description is:
In the absence of the President, his/her duties shall be performed by the President-Elect. In the event of the death, disability, or resignation of the President, the President-Elect shall assume the duties of the President for the remainder of the term.
I figured I'd put this out and start taking volunteers or nominations and we can then discuss and vote at the next meeting (June 21).
