With Gary leaving and me taking over at president, we need to select a new VP. As our bylaws are written this person is actually the president-elect, meaning they will take over as president after me.

The actual description is:
In the absence of the President, his/her duties shall be performed by the President-Elect. In the event of the death, disability, or resignation of the President, the President-Elect shall assume the duties of the President for the remainder of the term.

I figured I'd put this out and start taking volunteers or nominations and we can then discuss and vote at the next meeting (June 21).

If it comes down to those two, we'll have two contests; longest hair and best balloon animals. In the event of a tie we'll have a vote.

Only current paid members can vote!

We'll keep this open until the 20th. Then I'll print off some ballots and bring them to the meeting. If you are a paid member and won't make it to the meeting, you can e-mail me your vote. Let's wait until at least the week of the 18th to start that in case we get some more nominations.
