Volunteer Appreciation Event (1 Viewer)

I received an email from the Forest Service Today. The text is below.



Good afternoon Pikes Peak Ranger District Volunteers!

We have locked down the date of Thursday, Nov 30th for a volunteer appreciation event for all of your efforts over the last year. This event will take place at the Westside Community Center (1628 West Bijou St.). This event does overlap with a couple partners, so we understand you being stretched thin that night.

For the volunteer appreciation event, we are planning for a time of4:30-6:45 at the Westside Community Center. We will hand out volunteer appreciation awards, and provide a slideshow of volunteer service on the District over the last year. Please bring whomever you want to invite.

We will provide light snacks and beverages that night. After hour discussions can take place at a nearby venue, TBD.

Please RSVP for who and how many people want to attend.

I will be definitely going. This is a chance to meet all of the Forest Rangers that will be working the Christmas tree cutting event before it starts.
